I should have listened to the reviews. Well my own experience goes like this. I checked in 1/17/24 for an attended two day stay only to get up for work to shower at 5:30am and seen a roach crawling in the bathroom on the sink area. I immediately packed up myself and checked out early and told the young lady that was working early morning. I then called the hotel spoke to Patel we know how these ppl are when they come to our country. Anyhow he was not accommodating at all telling me he can give me another room. I told him no why would I want to bring home roaches when I don’t have them now. I’m a travel nurse and I don’t sleep or mingle in those type of conditions. Now I know why the parking lot was empty. Stay away from this place and to add fire they still have not checked me out yet nor gave me a receipt and so I have to take further actions because that’s fraud!!!!!

Bathroom REALLY needed work. Grout coming out of floor tiles; REALLY dirty floor in the corners. Old, scratched bathroom cabinets. Carpet on floor in hallway was patched. Ice maker on second floor was empty/not working. Floor in elevator sticky/dirty

I often stay at Comfort, Quality, or Sleep Inns. I don’t believe I was ever disappointed until today. Hallway and room smelled. Mold on curtain. Shabby. Good thing was we only had to stay here 1 night. Desk clerk was very nice.

THIS HOTEL IS DEFINITELY NOT RAN PROPERLY. Serving guest leftover eggs and sausage from the day before is PATHETIC to serve guest that spend over $100 for a night first off😐 Second the rooms ARE NOT GETTING SANITIZED AT ALL. Third there are bed bugs rats and insects in that hotel.Fourth they are not honoring discounts. The owners tell there employees to lie and play along like your getting a deal and your not.SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSE WHERE. THE OWNERS DO NOT CARE ABOUT U OR YOUR WELL BEING IN THERE HOTEL THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY. SERVING DAY OLD EGGS TO GUEST SAYS A LOT HUH? PAY ATTENTION....

Lol this hotel is terrible. I can’t believe i paid $130 to sleep in this garbage hotel. The rooms smell bad and are ugly. The shower made a screaming noise and the refrigerator shook back and forth all night. The front desk was cool that’s the only plus about this hotel

I liked the friendly staff. I was very appreciative that the day we checked in the A/C in our room was not working and the lady at the front desk did everything in her power to find us another room with a working A/C.

Looked nice. Room not very clean. No bath towels. Had to call front desk to get some Breakfast was pretty good Location was ok. But roads into it were confusing. For the price , we expected more cleanliness …
